Refund Policy
The short version:All digital purchases on Radirn are final. You can preview what you are buying before you pay. Once payment clears, the file is yours — there are no refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or because you decided you no longer need it.
1. Why Digital Purchases Are Final
Every file sold on Radirn is a digital good. Unlike physical products, a digital file cannot be returned — once it has been downloaded, that copy exists on your device. Issuing a refund would mean the seller loses both the sale revenue and the file, with no way to recover either.
Before you pay, every listing shows you:
- A blurred or partial preview of the actual content, so you can assess the style, quality, and format
- The exact price, including any active discount
- The product title and description written by the seller
- The number of files and the file types included
You have enough information to make an informed decision before completing payment. By clicking “Buy now” and completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available preview and agree that the purchase is final.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will consider a refund request only if all of the following are true:
- The file is technically broken. The delivered file is corrupt, empty, password-protected without a provided key, in a format that does not match what was advertised, or otherwise impossible to open with standard software.
- The content materially misrepresents the listing. The files you received are demonstrably and substantially different from what the listing title, description, and preview showed — not just a matter of personal taste or expectation.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase. A duplicate charge was applied to your payment method for a single transaction.
- You contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the original charge will not be considered, except in cases of demonstrable technical failure where the defect could not reasonably have been detected within that window.
Even where the above conditions are met, we may request evidence (screenshots of the error, the downloaded file, or other documentation) before processing a refund. Refund decisions are made at Radirn's sole discretion.
3. What Is Not Grounds for a Refund
The following are not valid reasons for a refund and will be declined:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You purchased the wrong item and the files were delivered as described
- You already own similar content from another source
- You did not read the description, title, or preview before purchasing
- The content did not meet your personal creative expectations or style preferences
- You do not have compatible software to open a file type that was clearly listed
- You purchased a file and later found it available for free elsewhere
- You purchased during a discount period and now want a further reduction
- You have already downloaded the file
- An unreasonable amount of time has passed since the purchase
- A third party purchased using your payment method without your authorisation — in that case, contact your bank directly, as that is a fraud matter between you and your card issuer, not between you and Radirn
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase meets the criteria in Section 2, contact us at contact@radirn.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Include the following in your message:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your receipt number (found in the confirmation email we sent you)
- A clear description of the technical issue
- Screenshots or other evidence of the defect where applicable
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 5–10 business daysto appear on your statement.
When a refund is issued, all fees associated with the transaction are also refunded — you receive the full amount you paid.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before you file a chargeback, contact us. We can resolve most legitimate issues faster than your bank can — and filing an unwarranted chargeback has serious consequences for your access to the platform.
A chargeback is a reversal of a charge initiated through your bank or card issuer, bypassing the merchant entirely. Chargebacks exist to protect consumers from fraudulent or unauthorised charges — they are not intended to be used as an alternative refund mechanism when a merchant's stated policy does not cover your request.
What happens when a chargeback is filed
When a chargeback is filed against a Radirn purchase, we submit evidence that may include:
- A copy of this Refund Policy, which was linked at the point of purchase
- The timestamp of your payment
- The timestamp and IP address of your file download
- Your purchase session ID and the email address provided at checkout
- The product listing as it appeared at the time of purchase
- Confirmation that the download link was accessed from your session
Consequences of unwarranted chargebacks
- Your download access to the disputed purchase will be suspended immediately upon the chargeback being filed
- Your ability to make future purchases on Radirn may be permanently restricted
- In cases of a pattern of fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to report the activity to relevant fraud prevention services and law enforcement
6. Goodwill Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, Radirn may process a refund outside the conditions in Section 2 as a goodwill gesture. These refunds are processed entirely by Radirn through our payment partner. Goodwill refunds are issued at Radirn's sole discretion and do not create a precedent or obligation for future requests. Contact us at contact@radirn.com.
7. Consumer Rights Under Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. In particular:
- European Union / EEA: EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases — but this right does not apply when you have explicitly agreed that delivery begins immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. By clicking “Buy now” and completing checkout, you give that agreement and acknowledgement.
- United Kingdom: The same applies under UK consumer law for digital content delivered immediately with your consent.
- Australia: Under Australian consumer law, you may have rights to a remedy if a product has a major failure. We honour those rights where they apply.
- Other countries: If your local consumer law gives you rights that go beyond this policy, those rights are not affected by anything written here.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. The current version is always available at radirn.com/legal/refunds.
